BRITTANY PRAY

Founder & Coach

Founder and Coach Brittany Pray joined CrossFit in 2013 and quickly became hooked on the competitive environment she had been missing after competing in gymnastics for 11 years. She is passionate about coaching others and helping them work towards their personal health and fitness goals. She has experience coaching gymnastics, track & field, CrossFit, and Olympic Weightlifting. Her favorite part about CrossFit is the community! The CrossFit community is unlike any other and provides motivation, encouragement and FUN!
