Our 1-on-1 Nutrition Coaching - Macros program is designed to help you reach whatever your nutrition and fitness goals are. Your coach will help you learn how to fuel your body in order for it to look and perform the way you want it to. This is a flexible dieting plan – macro targets (Protein, Carb, and Fat) will be provided; but there is no strict meal plan, which allows you the freedom to enjoy the foods you love the most (just in the correct amounts and at the correct times). You will receive an onboarding questionnaire that will assist us in personalizing your nutrition plan, along with weekly check-ins with your coach. Your plan will be adjusted weekly based on your goals and your progress. We have fantastic coaching software that allows you to easily communicate with your coach through an online portal. A 3 month commitment is required, as it takes time to get to know each other and the way that your body reacts to changes in your diet.
