Assault bike and Rowing…rough

I like it all except snatches and burpees

The first box-to-box competition
What changes have you experienced in your life after starting CrossFit?
I’m more balanced as an athlete relating to strength and endurance which helps with my job.
Do you have any advice for people who are new to CrossFit?
Work on small things like technique and mobility.
