How did you first get exposed to CrossFit?

The first day I walked in Max Limit was my first exposure to Crossfit

What was your first workout and how did it go?

Assault bike and Rowing…rough

Favorite workout and/or skill

I like it all except snatches and burpees

What is your favorite memory so far at Max Limit?

The first box-to-box competition

What changes have you experienced in your life after starting CrossFit?

I’m more balanced as an athlete relating to strength and endurance which helps with my job.

Do you have any advice for people who are new to CrossFit?

Work on small things like technique and  mobility.
