At Max Limit, our classes will challenge you to work hard and exceed your own expectations. Our supportive coaches focus on teaching you the correct technique for movements in order to keep you safe. You will be working towards your health and fitness goals each and every day in a supportive, fun, and motivating environment.

CrossFit Group Class

The best workout you’ll ever have! Our CrossFit classes combine elements of high intensity cardio, strength, and gymnastics to give you the most effective workout! With a new workout every day, the variety prevents boredom and plateaus. Each class is scalable for all ability levels and led by our high qualified and experienced coaches. Come join us to become stronger, faster, and healthier and have fun in the process!

Transform

Our TRANSFORM classes include cardio and core workouts with NO BARBELL! These classes will have a metabolic conditioning focus with bodyweight movements, cardio, kettlebells and dumbbells. There will be no heavy lifting strength segment and no barbells used during the workouts. This class is perfect for ANYONE WHO WANTS TO TRANSFORM THEIR LIFE: those who have no prior CrossFit experience, those who want to get fit without heavy lifting, those who want to increase their endurance, and those who are experienced CrossFitters who want to mix up their routine a bit!

Olympic Weightlifting

This class is designed to build familiarity and confidence with the Olympic Lifts (Snatch and Clean and Jerk), increasing strength and technical proficiency over time. Whether you are looking to improve your lifting technique for CrossFit workouts, increase your power output and strength for sports, or interested in competing in Olympic Weightlifting, this is the class for you!

Open Gym

Open gym is time when there is a coach present, but not directing you through a class. You are welcome to work on whatever you’d like during this time. If there is a skill or movement you would like extra work on, this a great time for that! It is also a great time to make up a class workout that you may have missed or do any individualized programming from a coach.

Personal Training

Personal Training at Max Limit is designed to help you reach your fitness and health goals in a one-on-one or small group environment. We can custom tailor a program specific to your needs and fitness goals. Whether you are looking to lose body fat, gain muscle, or are just not ready for group classes and want to achieve a higher level of functional fitness, we can create a program specifically for you!

Nutrition

Personalized 1-on-1 Nutrition Coaching designed to help you reach whatever your nutrition and fitness goals are. Your coach will help you learn how to fuel your body in order for it to look and peform the way you want it to. Flexible dieting plans allow you the freedom to enjoy the foods you love the most (just in the correct amounts and at the correct times).
